This year’s edition featured a demanding 21km trail race alongside several Saturday races catering for different age categories. Children under 12 and under 15 years competed with great enthusiasm, while junior athletes aged 16–18 took part in an 8km race. Senior athletes aged 18 years and above competed in a 10km race. In addition, thousands of children participated in a 2km run, adding color, excitement, and inclusivity to the festival.

Beyond competition, the event provided an opportunity for meaningful community engagement. KACSOA and Harvesting Health showcased sustainable farming practices, with demonstrations on biofertilizer and biopesticide production. Good nutrition was promoted through practical cooking demonstrations, while drama and skits were used to advocate for healthy lifestyles, sustainable agriculture, and proper nutrition among athletes and the wider community.

A medical camp was also conducted, offering health screening services to both athletes and community members. The active participation of Community Based Facilitators (CBFs), Village Health Teams (VHTs), and clinical professionals strengthened outreach efforts and ensured comprehensive health support throughout the event.
